The tall salt mill, black-stained ash, with the glass level ring low on the body where you can still see it when the mill is in your hand.

Ceramic burr, because salt corrodes steel. Same height as the tall pepper mill, so the pair stand level next to the hob — which is the only reason we make a 28cm salt mill at all.
