Email is the only channel we monitor, and it reaches the people who build and ship the mills rather than an outsourced desk. We answer within one business day.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific time. We are closed at weekends and on US public holidays; messages sent then are answered on the next business day.

What to include

If your message is about an existing order, quote the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you used to place it. For a fault or damage, attach a photograph. That is usually enough for us to resolve it in one reply rather than three.

Returns

Please do not post a return to the address above without contacting us first. Email info@pexalori.com and we will send you the correct return address and a reference number to write on the parcel; unreferenced parcels are slow to match to an order.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong and you are not satisfied with our first response, reply to the same email thread and ask for it to be escalated. We will review it and reply within five business days.

What we will never do

We will never email, call or message you asking for a card number, a card security code, a bank login or a password, and we will never ask you to pay for an order by bank transfer or gift card. If you receive a message like that claiming to be from Pexalori, it is not from us — forward it to info@pexalori.com and delete it.
