The short one. Fifteen centimetres, stouter in the hand than the 21cm, and low enough to sit on a laid table without blocking anyone's view across it.

It holds noticeably less pepper, which is the trade-off. If you grind a lot, or you cook with it rather than season with it, buy the 21cm instead and keep this one for the table.
