The same column drawn in stainless steel rather than turned in wood, brushed to a fine satin grain that runs around the body. Heavier than the ash, and colder in the hand for the first few seconds.
Steel shows fingerprints. It wipes off, but if that will bother you every day, buy the black ash — it costs less and never needs polishing.
